The appllcatiom <br />was referred to the Police Committee, on motion <br />of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Chapma~ <br />and carried. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly secor~ed by <br />Chapman and carried, the application of Horace <br />~mphy for a permit to conduct a tent theater on <br />the North side of West 3rd St. between Birch and <br />Ross, under ~otiOnc7%~of Ordinance No. 65g, was <br />granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by <br />Chapman and carried, the application of M. O. <br />Hawk for permission to erect a building of tem- <br />porary construction on the fzont of the vacant <br />lots, 411 & 413 N. Sycamore and to erect sheds <br />for parking automobiles on the rear of these <br />lots, was gr~tedumder the supervision of the <br />Building Inspector and Fire Chief. <br /> <br />In the matter of the petition of property owners <br />on West Chestnut from Flower to Baker Sts. <br />lng that above portion of street be improved by <br />leveling and grading and the spreading of gravel. <br />The petitioners to pay their re~peotive share <br />for same according to frontage. On motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbs and oar- <br />tied, the request would be granted when property <br />owners deposited with the Supt. of Streets, an <br />amount to cover the cost of same. <br /> <br /> <br />
