In Re <br /> <br />Improvement Bonds- <br /> <br />East First Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Demands <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bid on Fire Truck <br /> <br />7 per cent per annum from the 4th day of February, <br />1922, payable semi-annually, to be lssue~, signed by <br />the treast~er and clerk and the interest coupons <br />signed by the treasurer or by h~lithographed or <br />printed ~ignature, be delivered to Geo. R, Curtis <br />contractor, in satisfaction of the sum due him upon <br />his assessment and warrant for work done and im- <br />provement madeupon a portion of North Main Street, <br />which is briefly described in Resolution of Intention <br />No. 700 passed ~ay 2, 1921,'and ordered done and <br />made by Resolution No. 7Og, pass.ed May 24th, 1921, <br />~pcn filing of his proper receipt theref~:. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the opening of <br />bids and for the sele of the improvement bonds on a <br />portiontol East First Street and no bids having beer& <br />filed or received, it was by the Board of Trustees <br />ordered that I1 bonds, each in the denomination of <br />$203.00, bearing interest at the rate of 7 per cent <br />per annum from the Sth day of February, 1922, pay- <br />able semi-annually, to be issued, signed by the <br />treasurer and cS~k and the interest coupons signed <br />by the treasurer or by her lighog~aphed or printed <br />signature, be delivered to Geo. R. Curtis, con- <br />tractor, in satisfaction of the sum due him upon his <br />assessment and warrant for work done and improvement' <br />made upon a portio~ of ~J~h Main Street, which is <br />briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 70~ <br />passed ~iay 24, 1921, and ordered done and made by <br />Resolution No. ?l?, upon filing of his prsper re- <br />ceipt therefor, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Dale <br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw <br />warrants on the Treasurer to cover the demands me <br />audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, the Clerk was ins tructed to open the <br />bids received for furnishing the City Fire Dept a <br /> <br />1~ or 2 ton motor truck chassis according to <br />Specifications. Two bids were opened. M. Eltists <br />and Co. 1-Two ton International with equipment as <br />specified, $3124.00; Morelaud Sales Corporation as <br />specified, $2992515. On motion of Trustee Dale duly '~ ' <br />seconded by Greenleaf and carried, both bids were <br /> <br />=cf erred to the Board as a committee of the whole. <br /> <br /> <br />
