Thorsos for a permit to conduct a pasteurizing and milk bottling plant on East 2nd St. near the P. E. Tracks. On motion of Trustee Chapman leconded by Tubbs and carried, same wa~ referred to a committee. Trustees Chapman and Greenleaf were agpointed as such committee # On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Trustee Green- leaf and carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to c~ from Steel Finley the money collected by him for Inspection fees for paving Orange Avenue. On motion of Trus te~ Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, City Engineer Knox was instructed to make a sur- vey in order to drain the storm water from the Junction of Falrlawn Ave. and Hiokey Streets to 5th Street. On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Greenleef and carried, the Board accepted the plans as recommended. # On motion of Trustee Dale duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for furnishing and ~recting a galvanized steel tank tower for the City Fire Dept. On motion of Trustee Green- leaf duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the report accepted and St. Supt. Dahl instructed to grade the space up to the row of stumps.
