In Re Ord. No. Amending Sec. 8V of Ord. No. ~42 In Re West Pine St. Ordinance No. 683 amending paragraph three of Section 87 of Ordinance 342 pertaining to installation of fire extinguishers in Hotels, Inns, or Lodging Houses was given final reading and, on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs that same be adopted, passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J. W. Tubbs, C. H. Chapman, H.tLDa W. A. Greenleaf and J. G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. This being the day, hour, and ~lace fixed by Resolu- tion of Intention No. V6V, when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvement briefly described in said Resolu tion upon a portion of West Pine Street, an open public street in the city of Santa Aha, might appear before the legislative body of the city of Santa Aha and ~how cause why said proposed improvement sho,~ld not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. V6V, and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, as the legislative body thereof, being at the hour of V:30 o'clock P. M. of Monday, the 3rd day of April, 1922, in the council chamber of the said Board of Trustees in the City Hall of the city of Santa Ana, duly convened and in regular session, proceeded to hear and pass upon all prot~ete made and no owner of property liable to be assessed for said work or otherwise having made written or any protest against the proposed work or against the extent of the district to be assessed, or against either of them, and no person appeared to protest or object or did protest or object in writing or other- wise, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement. Trustee W. A. Greenleaf ordering the work done and described in Resolution of introduced a resolution improvement made, briefly Intention No. V6V, upon portion of West Pine Street therein set forth, i~he resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution Ordering Work No. VVO; the roll was called and said Resolution passed by the following named members of the Board of the city of Santa Ana, to-wit: Ayes: Trustees J. w. Tubbs. C. H. W. A. Greenteaf and ~ohn G. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. the vote of of Trustees Chapmmn, H. H.Dal Mitchell.
