In Re South Patton and Van Ness Avenue. · PPROVED: Board of City Trustees. This being the day, hour and place fixed by Reso- lution of Intention No. 768, when and where any and all persons having any objections to the pro- posed work and improvement briefly described in said Resolution, upon a portion of South Patton Street and South Van Ness Avenue, open public streets in the city of Santa Ana', might appear be- for the legislative body of the city of Lanta Ana and show cause why said proposed improvement shoul~ not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. ?68, and the Boar~ of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, as the legislative body 'thereof, being at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. of Nonday, the 3rd day of April, 1922, in the council chamber of the said Board of Trustees in the City Hall of the city of Santa Ana 'duly con- vened and in regular seesion, proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests made, and no owner of property liable to be assessed for said work or otherwise, hiving made written or any pMotest against the proposed work or against 'the exten~ of the ~istrict to be assessed, or ~gainst either of them, and no person appeared to protest or object, or did protest or object in wrlting,.or otherwise, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement. Trustee W. A. Greenlead introduced a resolution ordering the work done ~nd improvement made, briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 788, upon the portion of South Patton ~treet and South Van Ness Avenue therein set forth. The reso- lution w~s ordered filed, read, considered, desig-- nated Resolution Ordering Work No. VYl, the roll was ca~led a~d said Resolution passed b~ the vote of the following n~med members of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, to-Pit: Ayes: Trustees J. W. Tubbs, C. H. Chapman, H. H. Dale, W. A. Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. A motion by Trustee Dale to adjourn to April lOth~ 1922, V:30 P.M., was duly seconded by Chapman and carried.
