Dale, Mitchell, The co~ittee of the whole to whom was referred the bids for the Joint outfall and main sewer pipeline bonds at the meeting of the Board of Trustees of May 1st. 1922, reported that the bid of Stephens & Company for each of the issues was the highest and best bid received On motion duly made, seconded and carried, $172,0~. of the municipal bonds of the city of Santa Aha for the construction of a Joint outfall sewer was sold and awarded to Stephens & follows: Par value Premium Interest to date Company on payment therefor as of delivery $1V2,000.00 9,437.60 and $149,000.00 of the municinal bonds o~ the city of Santa Ana for the Construction of main sewer piDelines was sold and awarded to Stephens & Company on payment therefor as follows: Par value $14~,000. O0 Premium 8,679.90 Interest to date of delivery Ail other bids were rejected. The President of the Board of Trustees, Clerk and Treasurer of the city of Santa Aha were~ directed to sign, countersign and attest the bonds, deliver tbs same upon payment as above provided. The bonds of B. H. Ford in the respective sums of ~3800 and $7600 with John Boose and John Mangold, as Sureties, for the work to be done and improvement to be made upon and along a portion of West Pine Street, were approved.
