R. Ford <br />who bid ss f~llcws: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The regrading to s sub,grade and the <br />laying of s fiwe (5) inch concrete pavement with belt <br />finish wearing surface, complete with the furnishing <br />of all necessar~y equipment and material on sn estimate <br />of 16,25V.50 square feet for the sum of Twenty and nine <br />tenths cents ($0.209) per square foot. <br /> <br /> Item 2. The trenching, furnishing sad laying of <br />three (~) four (4) inch house branch laterals from the <br />mein sewer to the curb line complete with the furnish- <br />ing of all necessary equipment sad material on an est,- <br />mate of 51 linear feet, for the stwn of fifty cents ($0.50) <br />~r linear ~ot. <br /> <br /> Item ~. The construction of concrete curb complete <br /> w~th furnishing of all necessary equipment end material <br /> on an estimate cf 180 linear feet for the sum ~ <br /> forty-five cents ($0.48) per linear foot. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees thereupon accepted the b~d <br /> mentioned and awarded t~e contract to B.R. For~ fo~ <br /> the work or imorovement as the lowest responsible <br /> bidder therefor, at the price named in his bid. <br /> <br /> Trustee Neff thereupon introduced e resolution awarding <br /> the contract to B. R. Ford. The resolution was ordered <br /> filed, read, considered, designated Resolution of Award <br /> No. llV2 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Trustees OH. Chapman, Geo. McPhee, <br /> Nat H. Neff, J. W. Tubbs. <br /> <br />Noes: Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustee C. L.
