Intention Van Ness Ave. On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chapman and carried, City Engineer and City Attorney were instructed to investi- gate whether or not easements of water rights are to be had on the South West Territory, recently annexed to the City of Santa Aha, and if not City Attorney to start condemnation proceedings to secure the proper right of way. An Ordinance creating the office of City Electrician, pro- viding for electric permits and inspection and regulating the installation of all electrical work came up for final con- sideration.
