D. Webster, Jr., to <br />conduct an Auto Camp on the Southwest corner of First <br />and Lyon Street. Trustees Goode, McBride and Kelly ap- <br />pointed as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car. <br />ried, the voucher in amount of $362.02 from the Pacific <br />Electric Railway Company covering franchise for year <br />ending January 2, 1928, was accepted and the Clerk in- <br />structed to deposit same in the City Treasury. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, th~ application of Mrs. Barbara Ralph to re-zone <br />the Northeast corner of Second and French Streets from <br />first class apartment zone to business zone, was refer- <br />red to the Plauning Connnission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the City Engineer was instructed to post propert <br />on Second Street from French to Lacy to change the zon~ <br />from first class apartment zone to business zone. Be&ri <br />Ing date before the Planning Commission and the City <br />Council to be held Monday, J~nuary 30th, 1928, at 7:30 <br />P.M. in the Council C?~mber. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Knox, seconded by Kelly and carrie, <br />the bond of George E. Shoebridge in amount of $2000.00 <br />for Plumbing and Gas Fitting, was referred to the Chair <br /> <br /> of disapproval. <br /> <br />for approval <br />On motion of <br /> <br /> Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly snd car- <br />ried, deeds were accepted for street purposes from J.S. <br />Crouch and Wife for a sixty foot strip of land on Seven~ <br />Street between Western and Artesia and from Joseph <br />Dismukes and Wife for an eig~hteen foot strip of land on <br />Seventh Street between Pacific and Western. The Clerk <br />was instructed to have deeds recorded. <br /> <br /> <br />
