Hendrick for pennis- <br />sion to cG~duct a Post Card Shoppe on First Street near <br />Bush Street, was granted and the Clerk instructed to <br />issue license for same. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car. <br />tied, the protest of property owners on W. Sixth Street <br />against the business conducted by P. Bernstein, of dres- <br />sing rabbits and chickens, was filed for future referen~ <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on mo- <br />tion of Trustee K&lly, seconded by Goode and carried, <br />the application of the Full Gospel Assembly to erect a <br />ch~ch on the Southwest corner of Third and Forest Ave- <br />nue, was granted, providing the church is set back to <br />conform with neighboring buildings on EGird Street. <br /> <br />A Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Hesolved, by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana that the publisher of the official newspaper of sat~ <br />city be and he is heroby requested to mail two printed <br />copies of all ordinances hereafter published in said <br />newspaper to the League of California Municipalities, <br />Chancery Building, San Francisco. <br /> Resolved that the City Clerk be and he is hereby in- <br />structed to send a copy of this resolution ~ said pub- <br />lisher." <br /> <br />was read, considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees J.L. The trenching, furnishing and laying of ten <br /> (10) inch diameter salt glazed vitrified clay pipe main <br /> sewer, complete with the furnishing of all necessary <br /> equipment, labor end material for the sum of $ <br /> per linear foot. <br /> Item No. 2.
