Following the report, <br /> <br />the City Council awarded the contract to Pernel Barnett <br /> <br />as the lowest responsible bidder therefor at the total <br /> <br />price of $4,163.72. Trustee Knox introduced a Resolu- <br />tion Awarding the contract to Pernel Barnett. The reso- <br /> <br />lution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated <br /> <br />Resolution No. 18V1 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J.
