Unpaid Assess. <br /> <br />Franklin Street. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br />for work done and improvement made upon Franklin Street, <br />in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1858 and <br />the City Council being now in session, proceeded to <br />all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds to be issued for the security of the <br />unpaid assessments, prescribing the denominations of <br />said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in <br />annual series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 2024 and passed by the follow <br />lng vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chaney, Stanley E. Goode, F.L.Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> <br />ried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, October <br />1928, at V:$O P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br /> <br />
