McBride, W.J. <br /> Knox~ Stanley E.Goode, F.L. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Dedication <br /> <br />LosAngeles City Hall. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />~aint enance Bond <br /> <br />The Dorr Company. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Service Station <br /> <br />Williard G. & Edwin Pagenkopp. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />E. Ramsdale. <br />? <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Electric Sign. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Tri-Counties <br /> <br />Reforestation Committee. <br /> <br />Kelly, W.G. <br />Purtnton. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the invitation to attend the dedication of the new <br />City Hall at Los Angeles, was accepted and action defer- <br />red for one week to enter a float in the parade and ~end. <br />lng the s.A. Muni61pal Band to give a concert April 26th~ <br /> <br />'On motion of Trustee McBrid~e, seconded by Goode and car- <br />tied, the maintenance bond~in amount of $10,847.50 to <br />guarantee the equipment,furnished for the Screening Plan <br />at the Joint Outfall Sewer, free from mechanical defects <br />for a period of one year from date of acceptance, was <br />referred to M.B. Wellington, Attorney of the Joint Out- <br />fall Sewer, for checking. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application of Williard G. and Edwin Pagenkopp <br />to erect and conduct a super service station at the <br />northwest corner of Walnut and Main Street was referred <br />to the Planning Commission and the City Engineer instruc <br />ted to post property for Joint hearing to be held April <br />23rd. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Knox and c'arried <br />the app~icatlon of E. J. Ramsdale to conduct a confec- <br />tionery store at 303 N. Broadway, was referred to the <br />City Manager to report back in one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Knox, seennded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application of the Robertson Electric Corpora- <br />tion to hang an electric sign for the Givens and Cannon <br />Drug Store at 453 W. 4th Street, was granted under the <br />supervision of the Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the Chair was authorized to appoint a committee to <br />attend meeting of the Tri-Counties Reforestation Conmnit- <br />tee for the inspection of the Santa Ana River watershed. <br />Trustees Knox, McBride and City Engineer appointed to <br />attend meeting April 19th, 1928. <br /> <br /> <br />
