Ponting to conduct a Junk <br /> yard at 17SZ W. Fifth Street, was granted on condition <br /> that a six foot fence is erected around Junk yard. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goods and car- <br />ried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign con- <br />tract with the City of Newport Beach covering water sup- <br />ply to be used at the Joint Outfall Sewer right-of-way. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to sign agreement with <br />the Interstate Finance Company covering motorcycle pur- <br />chased by E. R. Jenson, Motorcycle Officer. <br /> <br />It being represented to this City Council that acq <br />bonds in Acquisition and Improvement District No. 3 of <br />the City of Santa Arm ordered issued by Resolution No. <br />2178 in the total sum of Sixty-six Thousand Nine Hundred <br />Sixty-three and 45/100 Dollars ($66,963.45) have been <br />issued by the Treasurer of said City. <br /> <br />UDon motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Trustee McBride <br />and carried: <br /> <br /> <br />
