Walnut Street between Evergreen and <br />Minnie on property ov~ed by the Southern Counties Gas <br />Company, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, sec c~ded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application of W. H. Dixon to erect a <br />duplex at 919 S. Flower Street, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the recomme~ndation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application of H. F. McKean to build <br />two cottages on the south side of W. Pine Street between <br />Flower and Shelton, was denied. <br /> <br /> On motion bf Trustee McBride, seconded by Ooode and car- <br /> tied, the applicatbion of the Reformed Presbyterian Church <br /> to move their church building from First and Spurgeon to <br /> Bishop and Flower Streets was referred to the rlanning <br /> Commission fc~ recommendation and taken under advisement <br /> for one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded b~ McBride and car- <br />ried, the application of the Standard Oil Company to erect <br />service station at the southeast corner of Seventeenth and <br />Main Street was granted on condition that buildings are not <br />constructed on set back lines established on Main Street <br />and on Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids on <br /> <br /> <br />
