No. 2293 <br /> <br />Award--Richland St. <br /> <br />327 <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the application of E. Beaver for permission to <br />remodel his home at 1314 Spurgeon ~treet into a duplex <br />was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trumtee Kelly, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, opening of bids for subway on East Fourth Street, <br />known as Acquis~ion and Improvement District No. 9, was <br />continued until Monday, March 2nd, 1931, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />This being the time and place to which action on the <br />bids or proposals for the work and improvement to be made <br />on Richland Street between Flower and ~helton Streets as <br />briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 2280, <br />was deferred and the City Council being in open session, <br />it was determZned after checking, that the bid of Ed. <br />Johnson and Sons was the lowest responsible bid submitted <br />On motion of Trustee Sutton, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the contract for the improvement of Richland Street <br />was awarded to Ed. Johnson and Sons at ~he prices stated <br />in his bi~. A resolution was introduced awarding the <br />contract to Ed. Johnson and Sons. The resolution~ was <br />ordered filed, read, conmidered, designated Resolu~on of <br />Award No. 2293 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, B.O. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees F.L.
