Unpaid Assess. <br /> <br />Main, Cypress, and others. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />per~ons might appear and ~how cause why bond~ should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br />work done and improvement made upon Dorttons of Main, <br />Cypress, Orange, Maple, Mea~sor, Halladay, Evergreen, St. <br />Andrews, St. Gertrude's, Delhi, Flora, Central. Adams, <br />Emmett, Goetz, Dyer, Anahurst and certain rights of way <br />and a certain pRrcel of City property, in accordance <br />Resolution c~ Intention No. 2189 and the City Council <br />being now in session, proceeded to hear all protests <br />presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, di- <br />recting bonds to be issued ~or the security of the unpaid <br />assessmente, prescribing the denomination of said bonds <br />and Droviding for the issuance of same in annual series. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, desil <br />hated Resolution No. 227§ and passed by the following vo~ <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, B.0. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. ?urinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees W.J. Kelly. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Sutton and ear- <br /> <br />tied, the City Council adjourne~ to Monday, January 12th, <br />19~l, at 7:~0 P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />APPROVED' <br /> <br /> <br />
