A. <br />~hugart to construct a garage. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the application of the Coca Cola Bottling Company <br />for the rezoning of property at the southeast corner of <br />First and A~tesia was referred to the Planning Commission. <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />was accepted and the City Attorney instructed to prepare <br />ordinance rezoning the southeast corner of First and <br />A~tesia from Single Family Residence Zone to Neighborhoo~ <br />Business Zone. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the bids of Wm. Rohrbacher amd Thermon Means on <br />the Bower Memorial Museum were taken under advisement <br />until Wednesday, January 27th, 1952, at ?:50 P.M. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the bond of James &Kreimer for Cement Sidewalk and <br />Curbing was referred to the Chair for approval or disappr, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, and on recommendation of the Grand Jury the Water <br />Superintendent was instructed t& install two additional <br />fire hydrants at the Court House Annex. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seceded by Witmer and <br />carried, the City Engineer was authorized to install two <br />~00 candle power suspension lights at the corner of <br />and Garnsey Streets and at the corner of Bishop and Garn- <br />soy Streets. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the Mayor. and Clerk were authorized to sign con- <br />tract with Kovacevich and Price covering the installatioz <br />of water services on West Seventeenth Street by the Water <br />Department o£ the City of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />A resolytlon was introduced accepting deeds executed~ <br />Nancy J. Shields, formerly known as Nancy J. Crutchfield, <br />ar~l M. J. Morrill in favor of the City of Santa Ana $over- <br />lng property to be used for street purposes adjoining the <br />project known as the Olive Bowl..
