On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, March 14th 1932, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. Approv. Santa Ana City Hall. March 14th, 1932. 7:30 P.M. Council met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called to order by Mayor Knox. Present: Trustees J.L. McBride, E.G. Warner, Paul B. Witmer, A.C. HasenJaeger, John Knox. Absent: Trustees None. In Re Petition of Veteranst Welfare Board In Re Petition to Rezone First and Bristol Sts. In Re Local Labor at Bowers MemOrial Museum. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the petition of the Veterans~ Welfare Board for the cancellation of certain taxes appearing on the tax records as a lien against property owned by the Board, was referred to the City Attorney with power to act. On motion of Trustee~Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- ried, the petition of A.B. Watson and C.J. Alexander to have Lot 18 Goldsmith Addition, Lot 1 Block A Tract No. 1~ Lot 12 and 13 Block A Tract No. 610, rezoned to neighbor- hood business zone was referred to the Planning CommissioJ On motion of Trustee .Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- ried, action on the petition was continued for one week. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Witmer and car- ried, the Chair was authorized to appoint a com~nittee to confer with Wm. Rohrbacher, contractor at the Bowers Memorial Museum, with reference to employing all local labor. Trustees Warner and Witmer were appointed as the committee.
