McBride, E.G. Warner, <br />Paul B. Witmer, A.C. HasenJaeger, John Knox. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition of <br /> <br />Veteranst Welfare Board <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition to Rezone <br /> <br />First and Bristol Sts. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Local Labor at <br /> <br />Bowers MemOrial Museum. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the petition of the Veterans~ Welfare Board for <br />the cancellation of certain taxes appearing on the tax <br />records as a lien against property owned by the Board, <br />was referred to the City Attorney with power to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee~Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, the petition of A.B. Watson and C.J. Alexander to <br />have Lot 18 Goldsmith Addition, Lot 1 Block A Tract No. 1~ <br />Lot 12 and 13 Block A Tract No. 610, rezoned to neighbor- <br />hood business zone was referred to the Planning CommissioJ <br />On motion of Trustee .Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, action on the petition was continued for one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, the Chair was authorized to appoint a com~nittee to <br />confer with Wm. Rohrbacher, contractor at the Bowers <br />Memorial Museum, with reference to employing all local <br />labor. Trustees Warner and Witmer were appointed as the <br />committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
