A. Peddicord for permission <br />to salvage the dump ~nd pay the City $35.00 per month <br />was referred to Trustee HasenJaeger and City Engineer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by McBride and <br />carried, the application of the Southern Pacific Company <br />to remove crossing gates at the Southern Pacific tracks <br />on Fourth Street, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of John Otis Haley for p <br />to circulate a petition for the paving of West <br /> <br />Street between Flower and the City Limits with Du-Rite <br />paving, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Witmer and <br />carried, the property at the northwest corner of First <br />and Parton was ordered posted to change the zone from <br />Residential Zone to Neighborhood Business Zone aud the <br />hearing date set March 21st, 1932, in accordance with <br />the application of H. L. Maylen representing the Home <br />Ice Company. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Witmer and <br />carried, permission was granted the Inter-Denominational <br />Churches to erect a gospel tent at the corner of Wilshire <br />and Sycamore Streets providing residents and property <br />owners in the vicinity do not object. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to w~ite a letter to <br />Dr. Edward Lee Russell extending a vote of thanks for his <br />work in examining transients in connection with the <br />Unemployment Bureau. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the reco~endation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application of Thomas Moyahan to have <br /> <br />property on South Main Street known as Lots 8, <br />9, 10, 11, 12, and the west 100 feet of Lot 35, <br />rezoned to Light Industrial Zone, was denied. <br /> <br />6, 7, 8, <br /> <br /> Tract #15' <br /> <br /> <br />
