464 In Re Ordinance A~ending Water Ord. #839. An Ordinance was introduced amending certain sections of Ordinance No. 839 prescribing rules and regulations governing consumption of water. O. Todd requesting permission to construct a lath house at 921 S. Main Street to be used for a cactus nursery, was referred to the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Witmer and ca2- tied, the application of R. E. Burton for permission to conduct a Roller Skating Rink in the Dance 'Hall located on S. Main Street in Gloryetta, was referred to the Police Department for investigation.
