On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- ried, the application of H. L. Maylen to have the at the northwest corner of First and Patton Streets rezoned from Residential Zone to Neighborhood Business Zone, was referred to the Planning Commission for further recommendation. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Witmer and car- rind, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and the application of H. L. Maylen was granted. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- ried, the request of Arthur K. Williams to be advised what insurance Mr. C. H. Main Street approximately ten feet according to sketch submitted and the property owner to bear the ~xpense of the set back.
