The Clerk was instructed to return the checks of the unsuccessful bidders. A resolution was introduced awarding the contract to the Vincent Manufac- turing Company. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2335 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees J.L. A.C. Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustees None. McBride, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the City Council adjourned. APPROVED: o: Santa Aha. Santa Aha City Hall. The City Council met in pursuance to a special call issued by the Mayor, for the purpose of signing contracts for the drilling of a water well, for the furnishing of casing, starters and shoes for water well and for the appointment of the Citizens Unemployment Committee and for these purposes only. Meeting called to order by Mayor Wttmer. Present: Trustees J.L. McBride, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. H~senjaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Absent: Trustees None. In Re Agreement Vincent Mfg. Co. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and carried, the agreement with the Vincent Manufacturing Company for the furnishing of casing, starters and shoes to be used in a water well located in the 600 block on North Olive Street, was approved and the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign agreement.
