Hill. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Appointment Committee <br /> <br />Emergency Relief Committee. <br /> <br />On motion. ~f TrUstee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />tied, the agreement with Walter 0. Hill for the drilling <br />of a. water well to be located in the 600 block on North <br />Olive Street was approved and the Mayor and Clerk were <br />instructed to sign agreement. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the bond of the Vincent Manufacturing Company <br />in amount of $4,000.00 written by the Continental Casualt <br />Company for the furnishing of casing, starters and shoes <br />for water well, was approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the bonds of Walter 0. Hill in amounts of $1,000.00 <br />and $500.00 written by the Glens Falls Indemnity Company, <br />a Corporation of New York, for the drilling of a water <br />well on North Olive Street, were approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, W. H. Spurgeon, Rev. Ge~ge Warmer, Hugh Gerrard <br />A. N. Zerman and Chas. Heinrich were appointed as members <br />of the Emergency Relief Committee to serve without pay <br />and to coordinate and w~rk with all relief organizations. <br /> <br />On motion of <br />carried, the <br /> <br />Trustee Penn, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />City Council adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />City ~le~. <br /> <br /> <br />
