Santa Ana City Hall. <br /> July llth, 1932. <br />City Council met in regular adjourned session. <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Witmer. <br />Present: Trustees J.L. McBride, E.G. Warner~ <br />W.H. Penn, A.C. Hasenjaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br />absent: ~rustees None. <br /> <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />Cormnunication carried~ the communication of 0. V. and Edith Barton ?~ith <br />0.V. & Edith Barton. reference to the good work of the Rescue Squad of the <br />Fire Department, was accepted and filed. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />Petition carried, the petition of Dr. Loman C. Adams and ~ilo L. <br />Dr. Loman C. Adams. Berenson to have a one hour oarking limit placed in front <br />of their offices at 108-10 E. Eighth Street, was referred <br />to the City Enozneer and Trustee Hasenjaeger. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />Special Police Officer. carried, the request of the Board of Education to have <br />Dr. P~rker deputized as special police officer at the <br />Swimming Pool at the Polytechnic High School, was referre~ <br />to the Police Department. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />Communication cacried, the communication of the Orange County Civic <br />Or. Co. Civic League. League with reference to the city budget for the coming <br />year, was received and filed. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by McBride and car- <br />Application tied, the application of Elmer ~. Wilson for permission <br />for Wrestling Show. to hold a wrestling show in the Santa Aha Bowl on the <br />evening of July 2'lst, 1932,was granted subject to schedule <br />of percentage of receipts as agreed upon by the Council <br />.and Mr. Wilson. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />Application carried, the application of Walter D~Vaul for permission <br />Walter De Vaul. to conduct a Sandwich Shop in residence at 8~8 S. Main <br />Street, was granted on recorm~endation of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by W~rner and carried, <br />Communication the request of B. V. CurrY, Director of the Dept. of <br />B. V. Curry. Social Welfare, for transportation expenses in amount of <br />$12.00, for Pedro Murillo to Mexico, was granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
