E. and Lulu B. Chatlain for the <br />rezoning of a triangular plot bounded by Bush Street, <br />Santa Clara Avenue and the Southern Pacific Ry~ tracks <br />to Neighborhood Business Zone to be used for Nursery <br />Stock, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the application of Chas. Hoffman for the job as <br />supervisor or gardener of the City Parks and citing his <br />qualifications for the Job, was receiVed and filed. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance calling for a Special Election to be <br />consolidated with the General State Election to be held <br />December 19th, 1933, to vote bonds for the erection of a <br />City Hall to be located on City owned property on the <br />Southeast corner of Third and Main Streets, City of Santa <br />Ana, Orange County, California, in the principal sum of <br />$70,000.00, conditioned that the Federal Government con- <br />tribute $30,000.00, making a total of $100,000.00." <br /> <br />was introduce~,read, considered and referred back to the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee LeGaye, ~econded by Warner and car- <br /> <br />ried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, November 13th <br />1933, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />_ ~ ~ <br /> Ci t~ C~erk. <br /> <br /> <br />
