Chatlain. <br /> <br />Santa Ana City Hall. <br /> <br />November 13th, 193~. 7:30 P.M <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br /> carried, the application of the Santa Ana Community <br /> Players Association for permission to use a portion of <br /> the lot, owned by the City, at the northeast corner of <br /> Twentieth and Main Streets, to erect a suitable meeting <br /> hall for the use of the organization and officially <br /> approved by the Planning Commission; Was granted and the <br /> termination of said usage to be fixed at the discretion <br /> of the City Council. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br /> carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br /> was accepted and the property described as the east 100 <br /> feet of Lots 3 and §, Main Street Tract, was ordered <br /> posted for special uses and the hearing date set November <br /> 20th, 1933, in accordance with the application of the <br /> Santa Ana Community Players Assc~ciation for permit to <br /> erect a building. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br /> carried, the application of Harry G. Wetherell for a <br /> refund on his city license as a real estate broker for <br /> the unexpired period of November 15th to December 31st, <br /> 1933, was denied. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by LeGaye and carried <br /> the applications of Byron L. Merchant to drive a taxicab <br /> for the Broadway Cab and of Leigh A. Mallory to drive a <br /> taxicab for the Home Cab, were referred to the Taxicab <br /> <br />· Commie sion. <br /> <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br /> <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to write letters of <br /> of the LosAngeles <br /> appreciation to Dr. C. E. Decker and Chas. K.
