No'.2370 <br /> <br />Necessity for Erection <br /> <br />& Construction of City Hall. <br /> <br />was accepted and the property described as beginning at <br />the intersection of the South line of Santa Clara Avenue <br />and the East right of way line of the Southern Pacific <br />Railroad, thence East along Santa Clara Avenue 97.80 <br />feet; thence South parallel to Bush Street 144 feet; <br />thence West 2o said right of way line of the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad, thence Northwesterly along said right <br />of way line to the point of beginning, was ordered posted <br />for special use, to be used as a Nursery, and the hearing <br />date set November 20th, 1933, in accordance with the <br />application of Chas. E. and Lulu B. Chatlain. <br /> <br />A Resolution was introduced d?termining that the public <br />interest and necessity demand the erection and construct- <br />ion of a City Hall upon City owned property in said City <br />of Santa Ana, and that the cost thereof will be too <br />great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and <br />r. evenue of the Municipality. The resolution was ordered <br />filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 23V0 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, <br /> A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B.
