Community Players. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Maintensnce Costs <br /> <br />on 20-Acre Parks. <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Mayor of City of San Ana. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />the Fire Chief and City Engineer were instructed to dis- <br />pose of and remove the building of Mrs. J. S. Campbell at <br />915 W. Waknut Street,classed as a fire bazar% and pro- <br />ceeds from the sale of,lumber to be sent to owner of <br />property. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br />carried, a fire drill bower to be used by the Fire Depart. <br />ment was ordered constructed as a project under the C.W.A. <br />on City property ~o be located on the south side of <br />Walnut Street between Flower and Patton Streets. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaege~, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the County of Orange was granted permission to <br />construct ten or twelve dog keEaels at the City Pound <br />located on N. Bristol Street, st no expense to the City, <br />and the Foreman of Parks and Poundmaster were authorized <br />to plant shrubs and plants around the City Pound. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasen~aeger and <br /> <br />carried, the Santa Fe Ratlwa~ Company were given permis- <br /> for two days <br />sion to close the stree.t/on E. Fourth Street to repair <br /> <br />their crossing,Work,to be performed under supervision of <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger,seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the hearing was continued for one week on the <br />application of the Santa Ana Co~nunity Players Associatto~ <br />to erect a meeting hall on city property at Twentieth and <br />Main Streets. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, the City Engineer and Auditor were appointed as <br />a committee to investigate maintenance costs of twenty <br />acre parks in six or eight Southern California Cities and <br />report to the Council. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br /> Cit$ C~erk. <br /> <br /> <br />
