APPROV~: Mayor of the City of On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and car- ried, the City Council adjourned to Tuesday, February lath, 1933, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. Deputy. Santa Aha City w~lo February 14th, 1935. 7:~0 P.M. City Council met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called te order by Mayo~ Witmer. Present: T~ustees J.L. McBride, E.G. Wa~er, W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Absent: Trustees None. In Re Electric Sign. In Re Application E. F. Wickershim. In Re Use of City Automobiles. In Re Rejection of Bids on Steel Water Tank. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger -~ carried, the application of Gilbert-Weston-Stearns Inc., for permission to hang an electric sign for Sol N. ~onzales at 306 E. 4th Street, was granted un, er super- vision of the Electrical Inspector. . On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by McBride and carried, the application of E. F. Wickershim for permis- sion to remodel his private garage at 601 S. Sycamore Street into an aut~ repair shop,was referred to the Planning COmmission. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- ried, the Clerk was instructed to notify the heads of the departments tha~ all City owned automobiles are to be returned to the City Garage at night excepting the following: Ail Police cars, the Fire Marahalts car, Fire Ohief's car, one emergency oar in the Water Department and one emergency oar in the Street Department. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, the recommendation of the Water ~uperintendent was accepted and all bids submitted on the construction of a Steel ~ater Tank were rejected and the Clerk was instructed to retumn checks of unsuccessful bidders.
