Loan. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Quotations <br /> <br />on Water Tank. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Sidewalk on <br /> <br />E. 4th St., at Main St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 9?2 <br /> <br />Regulating Closing <br /> <br />Hours of City Hall. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee War~r, seccmded by NasenJaeger and <br />carried, the Mayor was authorized to appoint a committee <br />to appear before the Board of Supervisors relativ$ to <br />securing a portion of the loa~ to be requested by the <br />Supervisors f~om the Reconstruction Finance Corporation. <br />Trustee Warner, City Attorney ar~ City Auditor were <br />appointed as the committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn <br />carried, the quotations submitted by contractors on the <br />construction of a concrete water tank, was referred to <br />Trustee LeGaye and the Water Superintendent. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />the matter relative to const~ucti~ an additional <br />for the protection of pedestrians on the sidewalk l~ated <br />on the north side of E. Fourth ~treet at Main Street, was <br />referred to the Street Commissioner with power to act. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />An Ordinance was introduced amending Section 3 of Ordi- <br />nance No. 30, entitled: "An Ordinance in relation to the <br />care and custody of the books, records and papers of the <br />Town, and to Office Hours in the Clerkts Office" and <br />regulating the closing hours of the offices in the City <br />Hall. The Ordinance was read, considered, designated <br />Ordinance No. 972 and passed to take effect immediately <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, T~ustees A.F. LeOaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, <br /> A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />0n motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />~yor of the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> <br />
