No. 2350 <br /> <br />Opposing Orange <br /> <br />County Water Bill. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, ascended by Wamner and carried, <br />the petition of residents requesting installation of an <br />electric street light in the center of the block on <br />Twelfth Street between Main and Bush Streets, was re <br />to the Street Cmmnis.si°ner with power to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger ~ <br /> <br />carried, the monthly reports of the City Officers for <br />Febx,aa~y were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Penn, secce~ded by Warner, and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to dmaw warrants for <br />demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />the request of William Ruddiman of the Unemployed Assn. <br />of Santa Aha to deputize N. H. Floyd and Squire T. <br />Brothers as special police officers to act as watchmen <br />at the headquarters of the Association and to recall the <br />badge issued to Z. Birdsall, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seceded by LeGeye and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids on <br />the concessions in the Municipal Bowl for the coming <br /> <br />season. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />A Resolution was introduced opposing the Orange County <br />Water Bill as now proposed and u~ging the representatives <br />from Orange County to exclude the City of Santa Aria from <br />the said Orange County Water District. The resolution <br />was o~dered filed, read, considered, designated Resolu- <br />tion No. 2380 and passed by the following vote; <br /> <br /> Ayes, Tx,Astees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, <br /> A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B.
