Witmer. <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br /> In Re On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Wanner and <br /> Inspection carried, the Mayor appointed a committee to act with the <br /> of O~y Hall. Building Inspector in making an inspection and report on <br /> the condition of the City Hall. Trustees Warner, LeGaye <br /> and Building Inspector were appointed as such co~nittee. <br /> Committee reported to the Council that the City Hall shoul( <br /> be immediately vacated due to its unsafe condition. <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br /> carried, report of Committee was accepted and approved. <br /> In Re On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> Suitable Quarters the Mayor appointed a Co~nittee to secure suitable quaf- <br /> fer City Hall Offices. ters for City Hall offices. Trustee Penn, HasenJaeger and <br /> Warner were appointed. Committee reported that suitable <br /> quarters for City Hall offices had been sebured from the <br /> Santora Land Company in their building at Second and <br /> Broadway for period of six months.
