Witmer. ~ <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />Application the application of~Alfred Schultz for permission to con- <br />Alfred Schultz. duct an auto repair shop at his residence, 702 E. Second <br />Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br />,, <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />Application the application of Floyd B. Rogers for the rezoning of <br />Floyd B. Rogers. his property at 824 Louise Street to permit the erection <br />of a frame building with concrete floor 19'x§O' to be <br />used for housing poultry, was referred to the Planning <br />Comission. <br />On motion of T~ustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of Floyd B. Rogers for the <br />rezoning of his property at 824 Louise Street, was denied <br />on recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />In Re 0n motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Penn and carrie~, <br />Request of the request of John A. Goetz for the improvement of the <br />John A. Goetz. s~reet at the entrance of his service station at South <br />Main Street and Goetz Street, was referred to the Street <br />Commissioner for immediate action. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />Electric Sign. carried, the application of the Rob ertson Electric Corpo- <br />ra$ion for permission to hang an electric sign for J. A. <br />Fitzgerald at 1606 S. Main Street, was granted under <br />supervision of the Electrical Inspector. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by McBride and car- <br />Petition of tied, the petition of the Plastering Contractors for the <br />Plastering Contractors. elimination of the bond for plastering work was referred <br />to the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance for the <br />repeal of the plastering bond. <br />In He On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by McBride and <br />Petition ~ carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare an <br />Lathing Contractors. Ordinance repealing the bond for lathing contractors in' <br />amount of $500.00 in accordance with the petition of <br />Lathing Contractors. <br /> <br /> <br />
