Smart, Cha.irman. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Advertise for <br /> <br />Pump and Steel Tank. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />~mergency Repair <br /> <br />Water Res.ervoir. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, the petition of the Plumbing Contractors for <br />the reduction of the .plumbing license from $100.00 to <br />$50.00 per year, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the petition of the Plumbing Contractors for <br />an extension of sixty days time in the payment of their <br />licenses without penalty, was laid on the table. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee McBride, seconde~d by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the grant deed from Mrs.. H. L. Mattson, a sw <br />and Grace Puterbaugh, a single woman, covering water <br />site on Olive Street north of Sixth Street, was accepted <br />and the Clerk instructed to have deed recorded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, tentative Map Tract No. 841 being a re-subdivision <br />of all lots in Tract No. 568 to acreage, presented by <br />the Orange County Planning Commission was approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, secoaded by Warner and <br />carried, the application of Leroy Bobrof for permission <br />to conduct an auto wrecking and parts yard at 916-18 E. <br />Second Street and to erect an office at 915-17 E. First <br />Street according to plan presented, was granted as recom- <br />mended by the Planning Commission on condition that auto <br />wrecking will be permitted only on 125 feet of property <br />adjacent to Second Street. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by McBride and <br />carried, the communication of J. S. Smart, Chairman of <br />the Citizen's Unemployment Emergency Committee, request- <br />ing the Council to apply to the Reconstruction Finance <br />Corporation for funds to do some public work that would <br />classify as self liquidating and giving the unemployed <br />the benefit of the work, was referred to the Finance <br /> <br />Committee o <br /> <br />On motion of <br /> <br /> Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />for bids <br />tied, the Clerk was instructed to advertise/ on an elec- <br /> <br />trically driven pump and steel tank according to plans <br />and specification on file in the Water Superintendent,s <br />Office. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Penn and car- <br />ried, the City Engineer was instructed to make necessary <br />repairs of the water.reservoir located at First and <br /> <br /> <br />
