Co. Water District. "Resolved, that the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton and <br />Santa Aha are in $2mpathy with the formation of a waker <br />district for the protection of Orange County lands from <br />flood and Orange County water rights from encroachment. <br />Be It Further Resolved, that, inasmuch as certain pro- <br />visions of the bill now proposed for the formation of <br />such a district are deemed unfair to these cities, we <br />rec~end the appointment of a committee for the <br />d~afting of the meast~re, each of the three Metropolitan <br />Water District cities to have official representation on <br />this connnittee." <br />. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by War, er and <br />Application c~rried, the application of Pete Ceremony for permission <br />Pete Ceremony. to erect a frame store building 16*x 15t for the purpose <br />of a grocery store on lot located east of his home at <br />1030 W. Nickey, Jr. ~-§~ of net profita,/guarantee $100. )0 <br /> R. warper 18% " . . or $10.00 per mc. <br /> Chester Spikes 20% of profits. <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and <br /> carried, all bids on the concessions at th~ Bowl were <br /> referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
