In Re <br /> <br />Petition to <br /> <br />Amend Ord. #662. <br /> <br />0~motion of T~astee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the petition signed by approximately 12~0 resi- <br />dents of the Oity requesting that legal steps be taken <br />to amend Ordinance No. 662 so that same will conform to <br />the provisions of the National Prohibition Act as <br />ly amended, was received and filed. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />Distributing Advertising. <br /> <br />An Ordinance was introduced entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance regulating the distribution of advertis- <br />ing samples, handbills, dodgers, circulars, newspapers, <br />booklets and other notices of advertise~aent upon the <br />streets or property of the residents of the City of <br />Aha; providing for the issuance of a permit and license <br />therefor and payment of ~icense fee with respect <br />and penalty for violation of provisions thereof." <br /> <br />The Ordinance was read, cc~sidered and referred back to <br /> <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />Regulating <br /> <br />Radio Interference. <br /> <br />An Ordinance was introduced entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance of the Cit$ of Santa Aha regulating the <br />use of devices or apparatus which interferes with radio <br />broadcast reception; and providing the penalty for a <br />violation thereof." <br /> <br />The Ordimance was read, considered and referred babk to <br /> <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, sec a~ded by Penn and <br />carried, the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br />AP PR 0V~: <br /> <br />Nayor of the .ty of Santa <br /> <br /> <br />
