Horace Austin requesting the privilege of filing his application relative to the architectural services needed when a new City Hall build- ing is contemplated, was received and filed. . Main and Pomona Streets, was granted for one day, April l?th. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the communication and Resolution from the State Dep of Public Health relative to rat-proofing buildi~s for the maintenance of public health and prevention of diseas~ was referred to the City Attorney.
