Horace Austin requesting <br />the privilege of filing his application relative to the <br />architectural services needed when a new City Hall build- <br />ing is contemplated, was received and filed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the application of Joe Eskanazi for permission to <br />conduct a flower business at the southeast corner of <br />Seventeenth and Broadway, displaying the flowers on tables <br />was referred to the Planning Commission for <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />the application of the Boy Scouts of America, Troop No. <br />21, requesting permission to operate a parking yard and <br />soft drink stand opposite the Circus Grounds, So. Main <br />and Pomona Streets, was granted for one day, April l?th. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br />the communication and Resolution from the State Dep <br />of Public Health relative to rat-proofing buildi~s for <br />the maintenance of public health and prevention of diseas~ <br />was referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />
