Valdina Santa.AnaOafe The Chimes Lunch William S. Hart Pappas Bros. Adolph E. Hecker On motion of Trustee Penn, 124 S. Main St. 1002 Logan St. 822 N. Main St. S21 S. Main St. 218 Bush St. 318 E. 4th St. S. Main & Dyer Road. seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, the application of Niels J. Peterson for permis- brick sion to erect a/store building on Lot 4, Morse Villa Tract known as 826 S. Flower Street, was referred to the Plan- ning Commission for recommendation. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried, the' Clerk was instructed to advertise the sale of the City Hall property located at Third and Main Streets for the sum of $50,000.00 or more. On motion of .Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, C. P. McCuistion, Manager of the Atlantic and ~aci- fic Tea Company, was appointed a special police officer without pay. An Ordinance was introduced designating the Santora Build- ing, located at Second Street and Broadway in the City of Santa Aha, as the City Hall. The Ordinance was read, considered and referred back to the City Attorney. An Ordinance was introduced amending Ordinance No. 972 regulating the closing hours of the offices of the City Hall from five days to five and one-half days and opeming from S:30 A.M. to §:00 P.M. five days and from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 M. on Saturday. The Ordinance was read, con- sidered and referred back to the City Attorney. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried. the City Council adjourned. ci y 9 erk.
