On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the application of the Santa Ana Mat Club for per- mission to conduct wrestling shows at the Municipal Bowl, offering 10% of all gross' receipts with a guarantee of $50;00 per shew, wa~ referred to Trustee HasenJaeger with power to act · On motion cg Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried, the matter of working out a schedule for use of the Muni- cipal Bowl by Baseball Teams "A" and "B" and the Motorcy- cle Races for the coming season, was referred to Trustee HasenJaeger and the City Auditor. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and car tied, the ~pplication of Niels J. Peterson for permission to erect a brick 'store building at 826 S. Flower Street, was denied o~ recommendation of the Planning Commission, for the reason that it is adjacent to a school and not desirable. An Ordinance was introduced amending Sections 3, A and 5 of Ordinance No. 662 and Sections 4 and $ of Ordinance No. 971 legalizing the transportation and possession of intoxicating liquor in the City of Santa Aha. The Ordi- nance was read, considered and referred back to the City Attorney. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance fixing the place of meeting of the Board of Trustees, commonly known as the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, State of California" was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 97A and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H.Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Trustees None. Noes, Absent, Trustees None. Au Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 972, regulating the closing hours of the Offices of the City Hall" was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 975 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustees None.
