On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, April 24th 1933, at ?:30 P.M. in the Council Chamber. AP PROV~2~: Clerk. · or Aha. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried, the communication of the League of California Municipali ties with refermmce to the April meeting of the Citrus Belt Division of the State League to be held in Elsinore, April 28th at 6:30 P.M., was accepted and filed. On motion of Trustee Has, Jaeger, seconded by Penn and carried, the application of Elizabeth W. Tock, M.D. for permission to temporarily practice her profession of medi- cine at her residence,lO01 N. Broadway, was denied on recommendation of the Planning Commission. . On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Yarner and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to ascertain Special the date of the State Election in order that the/City Election,may be held at the same time to save expense,on the question of permitting the manufacture, sale and storage of 3.2 per cent beer and wine. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried,i the report of the C~ty Clerk was accepted, certifying tha~/ he had checked or caused to be checked under his supervi- sion, the initiative petition, to permit the manufacture, sale, storage or transportation of 3.2 per cent beer or wine, presented to the Council on Monday, April l?th, 193~
