In Re <br /> <br />Meeting with <br /> <br />Board of Education. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Submit Bid <br /> <br />on School Property. <br /> <br />and found the required number of qualified electors, <br />namely 2332, for ~he calling of the election upon said <br />petition. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the recc~nendation of the City Attorney was accepted and <br />the Council decided to meet with the Board of Education <br />May 5th, 1933, with reference to submitting bid on the <br />old Frances Willard School property on N. Main Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to submit a <br />bid to the Board cf Education on the purchase of the old <br />Frances Willard School property on N. Main Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 976 <br /> <br />Legalizing Possession <br /> <br />& TransportatAon 3.2% Liquor. <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 971, and amending <br />Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Ordinance No. 662, entitled "An <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha ~ohibiting the manu- <br />facture, sale, storage or transportation of intoxicating <br />liquor in the City of Santa Aha, the imp~rtation thereof <br />or the exportation thereof out of said City for beverage <br />purposes, except as in this Ordinance prescribed and pro- <br />viding penalties for all violations thereof" <br /> <br />was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. <br /> <br />976 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, W. H. Penn, <br /> A. C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees E. G.
