In Re Special Police ~ In Re Reso. No. 2354 Intention--Set Back Lines on N. Ross St. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, H. E. Chapman was appointed a special police office~ without pay at the Municipal Bowl. A resolution was introduced declaring it to be the inten- tion of the City Council to establish set back lines on North Ross Street, on both sides of said street, from West First Street to West Fifth Street, five feet outside of the present East and West lines respectively of said street. The resolution was ordered filed, read, consid- ered, designated Resolution No. 2354 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H~ Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Noe s, Absent, Trustees None. Trustees None. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and carried, the City Council adjourned to Friday, May 8th, 1933, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. APPROVED: Mayor Of 'the City of Santa Aha. In Re Reso. No. 2355 Accepting Bid of Board of Education City Hall Property. A Resolution was introduced accepting the bid of the Board of Education for the sum of $80,000.00, with certain condi~ions set forth in said bid, for the purchase of the City Hall site described as Lot l0 and the North half of L~t ~ of the Re-subdivision of Block 7, of the Original Town of Santa Aha and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the necessary papers and procure a Certificate of
