The officials of the City of Santa Aha having su~mitted a bid to the Santa An~ Board of Education for the purchase of real property described as High School Tract, as per Map thereof recorded in Book 6, Page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, conditioned upon the Board of Education furnishing to the City of Santa Aha a Certificate of Title showing said ._ property to be free and clear of all encumbrances, the ~ Mayor and Clerk were authori~ed to ~xecute certain papers necessary to effect transfers of properties. The resolu- tion was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Reso- lution No. 2365 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger.
