Title showing said property to be free and clear of all <br /> encumbrances. The officials of the City of Santa Aha <br /> having su~mitted a bid to the Santa An~ Board of Education <br /> for the purchase of real property described as High School <br /> Tract, as per Map thereof recorded in Book 6, Page 13 of <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, <br /> conditioned upon the Board of Education furnishing to the <br /> City of Santa Aha a Certificate of Title showing said <br />._ property to be free and clear of all encumbrances, the <br /> ~ Mayor and Clerk were authori~ed to ~xecute certain papers <br /> necessary to effect transfers of properties. The resolu- <br /> tion was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Reso- <br /> lution No. 2365 and passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, <br /> W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger. <br /> N~es, Trustees None. <br /> Absent, Trustees Paul B. Wttmer. <br /> On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> the City Council adjourned to Monday, May 8th, 1933, at <br /> 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> Mayor of the City of Santa-Aha. <br /> Santa Ana City Hall. <br /> May 8th, 1933. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br /> I City Council met in regular adjourned session. <br /> Meeting called to order by Mayor Witmer. <br /> Present: Trustees A.F. Witmer. <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> · In Re On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br /> Application carried, the application of Jesus Belarde for permission <br /> Jesus Belarde. to conduct a Pool Hall at 903 E. Fourth Street, was re- <br /> fer~ed to the Chief of Police and ~olice Commissioner. <br /> In He On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and <br /> Application carried, the application of Jackson's Cafe for permission <br /> Jackson's Cafe. to sell S.2% beer and wine when same becom~ legal, at <br /> 408 E.
