In Re Ordinance Consolidatod Election with County--Beer & Wine. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance fixing June 27th, 1933, as the date of election upon initiative petition for adoption or reject- ion of an Ordinance legalizing the sale, etc., of beer and other spirituous liquors; consolidating said election with the County and State election and naming said County officials to canvass the votes cast at said election." was introduced, read, considered and referred back to the City Attorney. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, May 22nd, 193~ at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. APPROVED: Mayor of the C .ty of Santa Ana. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and carried, the application of Marie Ortwieg for permission to conduct a dressmaking shop in her residence, 109 East Seventh Street, was referred to the Plaunlng Commission. ,, On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, applications to sell beer and wine at places of business, were received and filed as follows: Nelson's Cigar Stand Shipley & Walter V. E. Anderson Grand Central Mkt. VOl E. 4th Street 319 W. 4th Street.
