No. 2358 <br /> <br />Ordering Improvement <br /> <br />Abandonment Portion Olive St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 977 <br /> <br />Prohibiting Radio <br /> <br />Interference <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />was accepted and the property at 517 W. Seventeenth Street <br />Was ordered posted for Special Uses and the hearing date <br />set June 5th, 1933, in accordance with the application of <br />Emory B. Lambert and H. N. Brothers, Jr. to conduct a <br />garag'e · <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to refuse the issuance <br />of a city license for produce stand of W. W. Gardner at <br />1080 W. Seventeenth Street, when application is made for <br />renewal. <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 2353 that the public interest and convenienc <br />requires the work hereinafter described, and the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby order the follow- <br />ing street in said City to be closed up and abandoned, <br />as follows: ~ <br /> <br /> The Easterly 20 feet of Olive Street as it exists <br />between Eighth Street and a line parallel to and distant <br />5 chains Southerly from the center line thereof, as des- <br />cribed in deed by Bertha Sackman, recorded in Book 227, <br />Page 300, of Deeds, Records of Orange County, California, <br />said portion of Olive Street being the Easterly 20 feet <br />of that portion of Olive Street conveyed by John William <br />Sackman and Gertrude .E. Sackman by deed, recorded in Book <br />449, Page 198 of Official Records, Records of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br />No person appearing to protest or object to the work as <br />set forth in Resolution No. 2353 and no written protests <br />having been filed, a resolution was introduced ordering <br />the improvement. The Resolution was ordered filed, read, <br />considered, designated Resolution Ordering Improvement <br />No. 2358 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, <br /> A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance prohibiting interference with the <br />reception of radio broadcast signals, and repealing <br />Ordinance No. 878 adopted by the Council on June 17,1929." <br /> <br />was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. <br />977 and passed'by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, <br /> <br /> Nee S, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees A.F.
