Warner, W.H. Penn, <br /> A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees J.L. Hunter. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition to <br /> <br />Open Alley--Main & Sycamore Sts. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Alfred Schultz. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Radio Interference. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Communication <br /> <br />Citizen's Unemployment <br /> <br />Com. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />the communication of The Metropolitan Water District <br />with Ordinance No. 31 attached, was accepted and the <br />Clerk instructed to post the Ordinance. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />the application of Harry F. Allan for a permit to drive <br />a taxicab for the Courtesy Cab Company as a relief, driver <br />was referred to the Taxi Commission and un ~heir recom- <br />mendation the application was granted. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br /> carried, the application of Derlie M. Hunter for permis- <br /> sion to conduct a beauty parlor in her home at 1018 W. <br /> Sixth Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />A petition was presented signed by the Santa Aha Tent and <br />Awning Company, and others, requesting the opening of an <br />alley between Main and Sycamore Street in the l§00 and <br />1600 block South Main Street. On motion of Trustee <br />Warner, seconded by Penn and carried~ the petition for <br />opening of alley was referred to the Street Department. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of Alfred Schultz for permission <br />to ccnduct an auto repair shop at his residence, 702 E. <br />Second Street, was granted on recommendation of the Plan- <br />ning Commission and Fire Chief. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the request of Attorney 0.A. Jacobs for the <br />amendment of the ordinance controlling radio interference <br />was referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and <br /> <br />carried, the communication from the Citizen,s Unemployed <br />Emergency Comittee relative to securing money from the <br /> <br /> <br />
