Reconstruction Finance Corporation for the improvement and extension of the Municipal Bowl and giving work to the unemployed of the City, was referred to the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, Clyde Cave and F. J. Lincoln were appointed members of the Electricians ExaminTM Board a nd the resignation of L. R. Stearns was accepted as a member of the Examining Board. On motion cf Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the protest of C. E. Wagner. against the tri~ning of .palm trees in front of his residence, 1524 N. B~oadway was referred to the Street Commissioner and Forestry Boar~ . A resol~tion was introduced declaring that an emergency exists relating to purchase of material for the City reservoir, and authorizing the City Auditor to make such purchase. The resolution was ordered filed, read, con- sidered, designated Resolution No. 2348 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees E. G. Warner, W. H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeg. Paul B. Witmer. Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustees J. L. McBride. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amer~iing Section 4 and repealing Section 6 of Ordinan~ce No. 917 entitled:"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha creating the office of Plaster Inspector, regulating plastering within the City of Santa Aha, and repealing all Ordinances ~Bd parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance Nc. 970 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees E.G. Warner, N.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustees None. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Sections 4 and 5 Of Ordinance No. 662 entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha prohibiting the manufacture, sale, st~age or transporta- tion of intoxicating liquor in the City of Santa Aha, the importation thereof into or the exportation thereof out of said City for beverage purposes, except as in this Ordinance prescribed, and providing penalties for all violations thereof'' was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 971 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees E.G.
