J. Lincoln were appointed <br />members of the Electricians ExaminTM Board a nd the <br />resignation of L. R. Stearns was accepted as a member <br />of the Examining Board. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the protest of C. E. Wagner. against the tri~ning <br />of .palm trees in front of his residence, 1524 N. B~oadway <br />was referred to the Street Commissioner and Forestry Boar~ <br />. <br /> <br />A resol~tion was introduced declaring that an emergency <br />exists relating to purchase of material for the City <br />reservoir, and authorizing the City Auditor to make such <br />purchase. The resolution was ordered filed, read, con- <br />sidered, designated Resolution No. 2348 and passed by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees E. G. Warner, W. H. Penn, A.C.
