Eddleman. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Electric Signs. <br /> <br /> San:Clements, Thursday evening, ~une 2~nd at 6:30 P.M., <br /> was accepted and the members of Council n~ged to attend. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeg~r, seconded by Warner and <br /> carried, the applications of R. T. Dysart, $03 S. Main <br /> Street and The Charcoal Broiler, §22 N. Main Street, for <br /> permission to sell beer and wine when same become legal <br /> in Santa Ama, were received and filed. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Perm, seconded by NasenJaeger and <br /> carried, the Council decided t~ endorse Proposition No. 2 <br /> which will appear on the June 27th ballot Providing a <br /> bond issue for the relief of unemployment in the State of <br /> California and the Clerk was instructed to advise B. V. <br /> Curry, Director of the Dept. of Social Welfare of Orange <br /> County and the California Unemployment Relief Bonds Com- <br /> mittee, headed by Senator Roy Fellom c~ San Francisco, of <br /> the Council,s action. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee LeGaye, seconded by HasenJa~ger and <br /> <br />earried~ the Chai~:was authorized to appoint a committee <br /> triangle <br />to appraise the small/plot of city l~operty on N; Main <br /> <br />Street bordering the SouthemPacific track~ and Santa Clar~ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee NasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br />carried, the application of Walter Sehwandt for permissio~ <br />to erect a lath house on the southwest corner of Main and <br />Pomona Streets, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br />No protests having been filed, on motion of Trustee <br />Warner, seconded by LeGaye and carted, the recommendatiox <br />of the Planning Commission was accepted and the applica- <br />tion of Walter Schwandt to erect a lath house, was granted <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of T~nstee LeGaye, seconded by EasenJaeger and <br />carted, the application of C. F. Eddleman for permission <br />to stand one or more of his taxicabs upon parking lot at <br />303 N. Broadway, was referred to the Taxicab Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, secozfled by Wa~ner and <br />carried, the applications of Allen-Trusty & Sons fc~ per- <br />mission to hang electric signs for ~hirley Combs at 320 <br />S. Main Street and for the 'Coast Finance Co. at 417 Bush <br />Street, were granted under supervision of the Electrical <br />Inspector. <br /> <br /> <br />
