On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, Resolution adopted by the Orange County Builders Exchange statt~ their intention to contest dia~iminat-- i~g license ordinances in any City in Orange County, was accepted and filed. On motion of Trustee ~asenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and carried, the application of John Wilcox for pemnission to hang a banaerfor the Fiesta Del Otc at the entrance of ~anta Aha Boulevard near the Orange County Hospital, was granted under supervis~n of the City Engineer. On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Penn and carried, the Chair was authorized to appoint a committee to inves- tigate the possibility of. erecting bleachers in the Muni- cipal Bowl. Trustees Penn, LeGaye and Waraer were appoin- ted as the committee. On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Warner and car- tied, the application of Jay Brooks for permission to p~ant a gum tree windbreak 2§0 feet long for protection of his grove along the City line of Lot 4, Tract 488, was granted on condition that he make the necessary trenching to prevent the roots of trees from breaking the city sewer line. # On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeOaye and carried, the application of ~uan M. Ramirez for permission to conduct the pool hall at 903 E. Fourth Street, was referre~ to the Police Commissioner. # On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare an ordinance to amend DOg License Ordinance, which will license the owners o~ dog kennels. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried, the City Council adjourned.
